About the Ferranone Guest House

One of the many charming aspects of the Ferranone Guest House is that it has direct access to a terrace with magnificent views of Mont’Amiata, the hilltowns of Montalcino and Pienza, and the Val d'Orcia. On the opposite side of the house, a large glassed doorway gives access to a garden filled with herbs.

The rooms include a spacious living/dining room adjacent to a kitchen set up with all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, one is the master bedroom with its own bath, and the other is upstairs in the "tower" with a double bed and a single. A second bathroom is located directly below the tower room. Additional guests may use the pull-out couch in the living room. The amenities include dishwasher, clothes washing machine, wi-fi access, television, wood burning stove and air conditioning.

There is a swimming pool on the estate that is available to the guests.

Rentals include weekly cleaning, changing of linens, and all normal use of utilities.

A deposit will be required to hold the reservation. A an additional security deposit, minus the cost to repair any serious damage, will be promptly returned after client's departure.
