5 Townhouses

Ferranino, the original carriage house for the Villa Ferrano, is now transformed into five duplex townhouse apartments. The apartments vary in size from two bedrooms with one bath to four bedrooms with three baths. Each apartment has the original carriage house doorway enclosed with a glass window-door. The door opens up to a discrete garden patio with magnificent views of the countryside.

The apartments are fully furnished. The kitchens are outfitted with all modern amenities such as dishwasher, large stove, refrigerator, clothes washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, etc. There is also a television with DVD player and wi-fi internet service connection. Additionally, these apartments include up-to-date heating and air conditioning systems.

There is a swimming pool on the estate that is available to the guests.

Rentals include weekly cleaning, changing of linens, and all normal use of utilities.

A deposit will be required to hold the reservation. A an additional security deposit, minus the cost to repair any serious damage, will be promptly returned after client's departure.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You for a magical week in Tuscany!! Villa Ferranino is a special place. The picturesque setting, beautiful views, refreshing pool and our cozy townhouse (Fra Angelico) were perfect for us. Our day trips to the local small towns were unexpectedly delightful. We tried three of your restaurant recommendations and they were all excellent—setting, service and food. The local hike was fun, next time we may try a mountain bike trail!
